Sam & Mario’s spring wedding at Botleys Mansion
Sam and Mario’s wedding at Botleys Mansion in the spring, was just plain lovely and I am so pleased to finally have some time to share it on my journal!!! Lots of family and friends just having a fabulous special day with their close ones, everyone catching up at a beautiful venue, a perfect antidote to overthinking it. Lots of pretty touches everywhere but all so natural and relaxed. It was also the first wedding outing of our beautiful new rustic flower arch with gorgeous silver birch covered in blossom, hydrangeas, peonies and eucalyptus.
Samantha kept her colour scheme really subtle, with a mix of ivory with just a hint of blush and nude neutral pinks. With touches of pale sage green mixed eucalyptus foliage, the effect was just beautiful. Samantha opted for an organic, just picked style bouquet of O’Hara roses, Bombastic spray roses, veronica and astilbe, with matching smaller bouquets for her bridesmaids.
The venue was decorated for the ceremony with our new rustic wedding flower arch, rose petals scatter down the aisle and pretty rose bowls on the ceremony table. Over in the Atrium, Sam and Mario chose a mix of tall elegant silver candelabras and low rose bowls. The effect was understated but ever so pretty and very in keeping with the relaxed style of the wedding. Enjoy these lovely snapshots from Jones & Jones Photography.
